#2023 is coming to a close. Have you celebrated your visible and invisible accomplishments as yet?

In this episode of the Prudent People Podcast, we sat down with Marketer, Mentor, Mother, Speaker, and Friend Kaysia Johnson Vaughan who spoke on why it is important to Celebrate You! Kaysia shared some insights on ways in which you can celebrate you. Tell us in the comments, how you celebrate you.

Here are a few gems worth noting from the conversation:

• Celebrate your small wins
• You cannot build muscles by not having challenges. You build muscles by going through adversities and difficult times.
• Every day is a chance to do something great.
• Don’t fear failure, it is critical to your journey.
• Gratitude is a must.

Inspired by Sheryl Lee Ralph’s Ted Talk about BELIEVING IN YOURSELF.

Her charge to the audience to reframe how we think about ourselves, see ourselves, and treat ourselves resonated with me. As such, I’d like to implore anyone and everyone reading this post and listening to this episode to pour the same thought, support, and motivation into yourself as you do in others. One way to achieve that is by having consistent, continuous, and worthwhile conversations with yourself.

Words are energy. Always be yourself for yourself.
