Kasim Ali has a remarkable story. He went from being a pharmacist, to the co-founder of the award-winning Waterloo Tea chain which sees him pursuing his mission to transform café culture in Wales.

Back in March 2020, Kasim captured the imagination of the Welsh public when he brought the South Wales hospitality sector together to create the volunteer-led initiative, ‘Feed the Heath’. Together they supplied thousands of free healthy meals to frontline NHS staff at the Heath Hospital during a challenging time.
