In this episode we speak to Belinda Drury who works as a care workforce co-ordinator for the Proud to Care Cornwall team.
Belinda started off her career as a nurse but after a while she moved into social work.
She talks about her own experiences of working in the care sector, including a time earlier on in her career where she worked in Africa.
All of these experiences have helped her to support people into Cornwall's care sector.
