In episode 9, Soph and Tam explore how professionalism is usually just disguised ableism. What even is professionalism? The obligations on us to be "professional" and how this impacts our ability to work and get hired. But not just at work, in school, in dating and in life in general, we have the obligations of professionalism placed on us. We're held to standards we can't meet and judged harshly for not meeting them. But how does our need for regular breaks or non-standard working hours and conditions impact our ability to perform in life? Spoiler alert: it doesn't!
