I jump into talking about core values and how the weave their way into what some know as organizational culture within a work place. So to make it personal, I tie the idea of core values into what I do as my job, how I internalize them, and examples of how when there isn't an understanding of the relationship and responsibility that leadership and core values share, the outcome can be not so fun to have to work in. so enough reading, sit back, relax, and press play.
