He has won several awards for his research including the Nobel Prize in 2001 for the realization of the Bose-Einstein condensate. Most of the episode revolve around his current research, his opinions regarding the fundations of quantum mechanics and, of course, the Bose Einstein condensate.

The guest of this episode was quantum physicist Andrzej Dragan. Andrzej Dragan is a researcher at the University of Warsaw and the University of Singapur, whose work combines aspects of both Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity. Most of the talk revolved around these topics as well as his views about AI and its impact in the world. Andrzej Dragan is also a renown photographer, so we also talked about his artistic work and how AI can influence art and the way we consume it.

The guest of this episode was Alessandra Colla. Alessandra Colla is a PhD student at University of Freiburg who works on the field of Quantum Thermodynamics. In this episode we discuss some of the basics of thermodynamics, its laws and implications, until arriving to the main subject of Quantum Thermodynamics. Here we talked about how thermodynamics and quantum physics mix, a general overview of the field, the challenges as well as the prospects of the field.
