Many of us move through life and overlook where we truly are emotionally...until we hit rock bottom. This pre-episode discusses what it feels like when you realize something is wrong and how to begin processing what is going on in your brain. This pre-episode was originally a part of the Thoughts in My Head series for YouTube.
