• I'm Back… But I'm Not Coming Back the Same
    Sep 29 2026

Sometimes a pause doesn't mean you've given up. Sometimes God uses the pause to refresh you, reposition you, and prepare you for what's next.

After taking some time away, I'm back—but I'm not coming back the same.

In this episode of Pouring Up the Tea with TPromise, we're talking about what can happen when God uses a season of stillness to change your perspective. Maybe you've felt guilty for slowing down, stepping away, or losing your rhythm. But what if that time wasn't wasted? What if God was doing something new in you while everything around you seemed quiet?

You don't have to return carrying the same pressure, habits, or mindset you had before. Sometimes God allows the pause because He wants you to move forward differently.

I'm not trying to catch up. I'm trying to stay in step with God.

If you've been in a season of resting, resetting, or wondering how to begin again, this episode is for you.

    📖 Main Scripture: Isaiah 43:18–19
    📖 Supporting Scripture: Philippians 3:13–14

  • I am Moving in the Vision
    Aug 22 2026

I Am Moving in the Vision

God gave you the vision—but now it's time to move.

There comes a point when we have to stop only praying about it, talking about it, and thinking about it and begin walking in what God has already shown us. You may not have every answer. You may not know exactly how everything will come together. But when God gives the vision, faith requires us to trust Him enough to take the next step.

In this episode, we're talking about moving from vision to action. We'll explore how to walk by faith when you can't see the entire journey, overcome the fear that tries to stop your movement, stay focused without comparing your assignment to others, and learn how to move with God without getting ahead of Him.

Habakkuk reminds us that the vision has an appointed time. Your responsibility isn't to force the outcome—it's to remain faithful, prepare, obey, and move when God says move.

You've prayed about it. You've written it down. You've prepared for it.

Now it's time to move in the vision.

    📖 Main Scripture: Habakkuk 2:2–3

    Supporting Scriptures: 2 Corinthians 5:7, 2 Timothy 1:7

  • God Gave You the Vision |Why Haven't You Moved?
    Aug 19 2026

You prayed for direction. You asked God to show you what to do. You received the vision… so why haven't you moved?

Sometimes we call it "waiting on God" when fear, doubt, procrastination, or the need to know every detail is really keeping us stuck. There is a difference between waiting on God's timing and being afraid to take the first step.

In this episode of Pouring Up the Tea with TPromise, we're talking about moving from vision to action. Habakkuk 2:2–3 teaches us to write the vision and reminds us that the vision has an appointed time. That means we can prepare, obey, and take faithful steps without trying to force God's timing.

You may not know how everything will work out. You may not see the entire path. But if God has already given you direction, maybe you don't need another sign—you need the courage to take the next step.

    You've prayed about it.
    You've thought about it.
    You've talked about it.

    Now, why haven't you moved?

    📖 Main Scripture: Habakkuk 2:2–3
    📖 Supporting Scriptures: Proverbs 16:3, James 2:17, Proverbs 3:5–6

  • Stop Sitting on What God Gave You
    Aug 17 2026

What has God placed inside of you that you keep putting off?

Maybe it's not that you don't have the gift. Maybe fear, comparison, procrastination, or waiting until everything is perfect has kept you from actually using it.

In this episode of Pouring Up the Tea with TPromise, we're talking about what it means to stop sitting on what God has already given you. 2 Timothy 1:6 reminds us to fan into flame the gift of God. The gift may come from God, but we have a responsibility to develop it, steward it, and use it.

You don't have to wait until you feel completely ready. You don't need someone else's gift, platform, or approval. God has already placed something valuable inside of you—and it's time to stop overlooking it.

What if you're not waiting on God anymore? What if God is waiting on you to move?

It's time to recognize the gift, develop what God gave you, and put it to work.

    📖 Main Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:6
    📖 Supporting Scriptures: 1 Peter 4:10, Matthew 25:14–30, James 1:22

  • Seeing the Provision
    Aug 14 2026

    Seeing the Provision

Have you been asking God to provide while overlooking what He has already placed in front of you?

Sometimes we become so focused on what we don't have, what hasn't happened, or what we're still waiting for that we miss the provision that's already there. God's provision doesn't always look the way we expected. Sometimes it's an opportunity. Sometimes it's strength for another day. Sometimes it's protection, wisdom, peace, or simply having exactly what we need for this moment.

In Genesis 22:13–14, Abraham looked up and saw the ram God had provided. The provision was there—but he had to recognize it.

In this episode, we're talking about learning to see God's hand in our lives, recognizing provision beyond finances, and trusting Him for what we haven't seen yet.

Maybe you don't need God to send something else. Maybe He's saying, "Look up. I've already provided."

    📖 Main Scripture: Genesis 22:13–14

Supporting Scriptures: Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:31–33, Psalm 23:1

  • Refined in the Fire
    Jul 31 2026

The fire you're walking through may feel overwhelming, but what if it's not meant to destroy you? What if God is using it to refine you?

In this episode, we explore how trials, hardships, and unexpected seasons can become places of spiritual growth. Just as gold is purified by fire, God uses life's challenges to strengthen our faith, deepen our trust, and prepare us for the purpose He has called us to fulfill.

Don't mistake the fire for God's absence. Often, it's in the fire that He is shaping your character, removing what doesn't belong, and revealing the strength He has placed within you.

The fire has a purpose—and when God is finished, you'll come out stronger, wiser, and more like Christ.

    Jul 21 2026

Have you ever felt like God has been preparing you for something greater, but you weren't sure how to take the first step?

Purpose isn't about having all the answers. It's about trusting God enough to walk in the direction He's calling you, even when the path isn't completely clear.

In this episode, we talk about what it means to embrace your God-given purpose with confidence. We'll discuss overcoming fear, letting go of comparison, trusting God's timing, and choosing obedience over comfort. God has already placed gifts, purpose, and potential inside of you. Now it's time to stop waiting on the perfect moment and start walking by faith.

You were created for more than just existing—you were created with purpose.

  • Purpose Over Plans
    Jul 16 2026

Have you ever had a plan that didn't work out the way you expected? Maybe you've prayed, prepared, and worked hard, only to find yourself on a completely different path.

What if God wasn't denying your plans? What if He was leading you into His purpose?

In this episode, we explore the difference between making plans and living with purpose. We'll talk about what it truly means to trust God, the conversations we should have with Him when life doesn't go according to our expectations, and how to surrender our plans so we can walk confidently in His will.

God's purpose is always greater than our plans because He sees what we cannot. Even when life takes an unexpected turn, His plans are filled with hope, purpose, and a future.

Stop trying to force your plan. Start trusting God's purpose.

    📖 Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
