To say Peter Beales was a giant in the world of roses is an understatement. He was also one of the most enjoyable and kindest people I knew. While I was in the UK recently I sat down with Ian Limmer who started with Peter when he was 15 and knew Peter better than most people. Enjoy our conversation about this wonderful man.
