  • PINK 365: Sarrah Strimel Bentley on Broadway, Breast Cancer, and Surrogacy
    Jul 3 2026

Today’s guest is Sarah Strimel Bentley — a former Broadway performer, mother, and wellness advocate whose story opens up conversations around women’s health, body image, relationships, fertility, and motherhood in a way that feels deeply honest and real.

Before entering the wellness space, Sarrah built a career performing on Broadway. Since then, she’s shared parts of her experience navigating breast cancer, dating and intimacy during major health changes, fertility decisions, surrogacy, and becoming a parent — all while continuing to have open conversations about body image, self-worth, and what it means to stay connected to yourself through different seasons of life.

In this episode, we talk about everything from naked yoga and daily rituals, to freezing embryos early in a relationship, to the story of baby Chance and the journey that led to his birth through surrogacy. We also get into relationships, communication, femininity, sex, partnership, and how women can build a healthier relationship with their bodies in a culture that constantly asks us to critique them.

My hope is that you leave this conversation with:

    • a healthier perspective on your relationship with your body
    • permission to let your life unfold in a way that doesn’t look traditional
    • and a reminder that vulnerability, communication, and self-trust are skills we can all build

This is such a beautiful, layered conversation and I’m really excited for you guys to hear it.

    May 15 2026

This week on PINK365, Miranda sits down with Dr. Eleonora Teplinsky for an empowering conversation about risk reduction, survivorship, and the future of women’s health. Together, they unpack the lifestyle shifts, medical advancements, and everyday habits that can meaningfully impact long-term health — while also acknowledging the fear, confusion, and information overload so many women experience when trying to “do everything right.”

From diet and exercise to alcohol consumption, stress, and preventative care, this episode focuses on practical, realistic ways to support your health without spiraling into perfectionism. Miranda and Dr. Teplinsky also discuss survivorship, navigating life after diagnosis, and why the future of breast cancer care is more hopeful than many people realize.

In this episode, you’ll walk away with:

    • tangible lifestyle habits that may help reduce cancer risk and support long-term wellness
    • a clearer understanding of survivorship and how health journeys continue long after treatment ends
    • actionable ways to advocate for yourself medically and feel more informed in conversations about your body

Whether you’re navigating your own health journey, supporting someone you love, or simply trying to build healthier habits, this episode is filled with grounded, empowering information every woman deserves to hear.

This episode is sponsored by MBCure, a nonprofit dedicated to funding research and advancing treatment options for metastatic breast cancer patients, and Cancer Culture, a platform creating honest conversations and community for young adults navigating cancer, survivorship, and life after diagnosis.
