In our latest episode of the Pierce™ Dispatch Podcast, Battalion Chief Steven Johnson shares his department’s latest tanker procurement and the operational edge it provides. Covering over 430 square miles in Suffolk, Virginia, their department requires industry-leading apparatus to best serve their community. With a 3,000 gallon water tank, this custom dry-side tanker is ready for all responses. The firefighter operating this unit will be able to independently manage water transport, retrieval and distribution.
