The definition of persistence in my world is continuing on something or towards a goal and never stopping until it’s reached; being able to bob and weave and sometimes become a Chamaeleon in order to achieve that certain goal. All along my journey, my demons, mental illness and agoraphobia added to everything that I had to go through in order to reach my goals. Hence the word petrified in front of persistence. The end result was the goal was reached, but the journey was one of torment.
