  • Episode 4: God Doesn’t Waste Your Story
    Nov 27 2025

Welcome to Week 4 of the Identity & Worth in Christ Course on Twist & Petal! Host Angelia shares an empowering truth: God doesn’t waste your story.

If your story feels messy, unfinished, or filled with chapters you wish you could erase, this episode is for you. Angelia reminds us that God is a Redeemer who doesn't discard broken pieces—He rebuilds with them and weaves pain into purpose.

We reflect on the promise of Romans 8:28: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him..." This means all your story matters—the raw, the painful, and the beautiful. God is not ashamed of any of it.

    • Reflection: What would it feel like to believe that even the parts of your story you hide could be used for good?

    • Journaling Prompt: “What part of my story do I struggle to believe God can use?”

Join us as we pray for the courage to release shame and embrace the truth that God is working all things for good. You are not disqualified. Your story matters, and God is still writing it with grace and purpose.

  • Episode 3: Held by God, Not Defined by Pain
    Nov 27 2025

Welcome to Week 3 of the Identity & Worth in Christ Course! In this tender episode of Twist & Petal, Angelia guides us to a deep and comforting truth: You are held by God. You are not defined by pain.

Pain is an experience you’ve walked through, not your permanent identity. Host Angelia shares the assurance of Psalm 34:18, reminding us that God is not distant from our wounds—He draws near to the brokenhearted and crushed in spirit.

This week, we invite you to explore what it means to be held—not rushed, fixed, or judged—but simply held in your grief, your questions, and your healing.

    • Reflection: How does the pain you’ve experienced try to name you, and what does it feel like to release that false definition?

    • Journaling Prompt: “Where have I felt most alone—and how might God have been holding me there?”

Let this episode be a space where you feel God’s hands gently cupping your heart. You are not too much, and you are not too broken. You are held.

  • Episode 2: You Are Not What You’ve Endured
    Nov 27 2025

Welcome back to Twist & Petal and Week 2 of the Identity & Worth in Christ Course! Host Angelia invites you to settle into this gentle, faith-rooted space as we go deeper into the truth of who you are.

Last week, we affirmed that you are made in God’s image. This week, we dismantle the lies that try to steal that identity with a message close to Angelia's heart: You are not what you’ve endured.

Trauma, heartbreak, and deep pain often try to rename us—whispering "unlovable," "not enough," or "broken." But those labels are not your identity.

We reflect on the power of Isaiah 43:1, where God declares, "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine." God doesn't call you by your wounds; He calls you by your worth.

    • Actionable Prompt: Identify the false labels you've carried. Write them down, and then replace each one with the reclaiming truth of God's Word (e.g., replace "broken" with "beloved").

    • Affirmation: You are who God says you are: redeemed, restored, and deeply loved.

Join us as we pray to release the false labels and walk in the freedom of our true names. You are not alone, you are not forgotten, and you are His.
