A few weeks ago, I got the opportunity to listen to Ross McKnight answer questions from a group of college students who attend Oklahoma State University on the scholarship he created, of which I was one of them. His story got me thinking a lot about personal agency, which is kind of the supreme form of confidence. Although personal agency is hard to develop, I hope this episode helps you understand it so that if you don’t have it, you can work towards it.
