  • Seedlings: Keep Striking the Ground | Ep 39
    Oct 15 2026

Trusting God When You Can't Yet See the Harvest

What do grocery store checkout lines and the Old Testament have in common?

    More than you might think.

In this encouraging Seedlings episode, Tiffany Windsor shares a simple everyday moment that leads to a powerful lesson from 2 Kings 13. When the prophet Elisha told the king to strike the ground with arrows, he stopped after only three strikes—and missed the fullness of what God wanted to do.

How often do we do the same?

When progress feels slow, prayers seem unanswered, or the numbers don't reflect our efforts, it's tempting to wonder if it's time to quit. But what if God isn't asking us to stop? What if He's simply asking us to keep striking the ground?

Through personal stories, Scripture, and gentle encouragement, Tiffany reminds us that God measures faithfulness differently than the world does. While we count views, followers, and results, God sees people. And He often does His greatest work long before we can see the harvest.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why discouragement can tempt us to stop too soon
    • The powerful lesson behind Elisha's command to "strike the ground"
    • How Keep Striking the Ground connects to Keep Digging the Ditches
    • Why God values faithfulness over visible results
    • The freedom that comes from trusting God with the reach instead of chasing the numbers
    • Encouragement for anyone wondering if their work is making a difference

    As Tiffany reminds us:

"If God hasn't told you to stop... don't stop. Write the next page. Pray the next prayer. Take the next faithful step."

If you've been feeling weary, discouraged, or tempted to give up because you can't yet see what God is doing, this episode is a gentle reminder that your obedience is never wasted.

    Keep planting.

    Keep digging.

    Keep striking the ground.

  • Courage In Spite of Fear | What Miriam Teaches Us | Ep 38
    Oct 8 2026

What Miriam Teaches Us About Courage, Calling, and Guarding Our Hearts

God doesn’t require perfect women to accomplish His purposes.

In this In His Circle podcast episode, Tiffany Windsor and Heather Brigstock continue their journey through the women of the Bible with Miriam, a woman whose story is filled with courage, leadership, praise, influence, and some very human mistakes.

As a young girl, Miriam courageously watched over her baby brother Moses and stepped forward when action was needed. Years later, she became a prophetess and led the women of Israel in praise after God’s miraculous deliverance at the Red Sea. She was a woman of action and purpose. As Heather points out, Scripture describes her with powerful verbs: she stood, she said, she went, and she called.

But Scripture also lets us see another side of Miriam. Comparison, jealousy, and bitterness eventually crept into her heart, and God corrected her. Her failure didn’t erase the significance of her life. Instead, it gives us a remarkably relatable picture of what it means to be called by God while still being a woman who is growing.

Tiffany and Heather talk about finding courage when we’re afraid, keeping our eyes on God when life doesn’t go the way we expected, guarding our hearts against bitterness, and being intentional about what we allow to feed our minds and spirits.

    Because courage doesn’t require perfection.

Miriam’s story reminds us that God can use women who are still learning, still growing, and still allowing Him to shape their hearts. Our part is to stay close to Him, stay rooted in His Word, and have the courage to step forward when He calls.

  • Seedlings: The Quiet Ministry of Intercession| Ep 37
    Oct 1 2026

Sometimes the greatest ministry you'll ever have is one that nobody else sees.

In this heartfelt Seedlings episode, Tiffany Windsor reflects on the quiet, often unnoticed ministry of intercession. It begins with a simple trip to the grocery store and an unexpected thought: What if the people who suddenly come to mind aren't interruptions at all... but invitations from God to pray?

Together, we'll explore the beauty of carrying others to Jesus instead of trying to carry their burdens ourselves. If you've ever stayed awake praying for a prodigal child, worried over a struggling friend, or wondered whether God was hearing your prayers, this episode is for you.

We'll also discover how intercession doesn't just change the lives of those we're praying for—it changes us. As we faithfully place the people we love into God's hands, He gently teaches us trust, patience, compassion, and surrender.

    In this episode you'll discover:

    • Why those unexpected thoughts about someone may be God's invitation to pray
    • The difference between loving someone and trying to become their savior
    • How intercession frees us from carrying burdens we were never meant to bear
    • Why faithful prayer often transforms the one praying as much as the one being prayed for
    • Encouragement for anyone who has been praying for years without yet seeing the answer
    • The quiet confidence that comes from trusting the God who hears every prayer

    As Tiffany reminds us:

"Never underestimate what God can do with a whispered prayer. Because sometimes the greatest ministry you'll ever have... is one that nobody sees."

Whether you're praying for a family member, a friend, a neighbor, or someone God simply places on your heart, this episode is an invitation to embrace the quiet ministry of intercession—and trust the One who loves them even more than you do.

  • Have We Confused What We Do With Who We Are? What Sarah's Story Teaches Us About Identity, Purpose, and Grace | Ep 36
    Sep 24 2026

In this week's In His Circle podcast, Tiffany Windsor and Heather Brigstock take a conversation from Heather's women's Bible study at South Water Manor and bring it to the podcast. It begins with the story of Sarah and a powerful question: Have we confused what we do with who we are?

In Sarah's world, a woman's value was closely connected to her ability to produce a son. Thousands of years later, our measurements may look different, but the pressure hasn't disappeared. Careers, businesses, motherhood, accomplishments, titles, productivity, even ministry can quietly become ways we measure our worth.

Tiffany shares how not having children led her down a different path and, looking back, how easily career and productivity became measures of her own value. Heather shares that she can fall into the same trap, allowing a successful day at South Water Manor to influence how successful she feels personally.

But there's an important distinction: God calls us to be faithful and productive, but our productivity was never meant to determine our worth.

Together, Tiffany and Heather also talk about feeling unqualified, allowing God to use our imperfect stories, and living a faith that looks the same at home as it does in public.

And Heather leaves us with an image that's hard to forget:

Be so full of Jesus that when life jostles you, Jesus spills out.

If you've ever wondered whether you're doing enough, achieving enough, serving enough, or somehow enough, this conversation is a reminder that you don't have to prove your value to God.

Your worth doesn't begin with what you bring to the table. It begins with what Jesus already brought to it.

  • Seedlings: What If I Don't Know How to Pray: Discovering That Prayer Is a Conversation, Not a Performance | Ep 35
    Sep 17 2026

Have you ever listened to someone pray and thought, I could never pray like that?

In this encouraging Seedlings episode, Tiffany Windsor shares the humorous - and very real - story of becoming a new Christian and feeling like everyone else had received the "secret handbook" on Christianity. While everyone else seemed to know where to find Habakkuk in seconds and prayed beautiful, eloquent prayers, Tiffany wondered if she would ever measure up.

Then God gently revealed a life-changing truth:

    Prayer isn't a performance. It's a conversation.

Through personal stories, laughter, and Scripture, Tiffany reminds us that God isn't waiting for polished words or perfect theology. He's simply inviting us to come to Him honestly, just as we are.

If you've ever wondered whether you're praying "the right way," or felt intimidated by the spiritual confidence of others, this episode will encourage your heart and remind you that your Heavenly Father delights in hearing your voice.

    In this episode, you'll discover:

    • Why so many new believers feel intimidated by prayer
    • The surprising lesson Tiffany learned after joining a women's Bible study
    • How worship music helped prepare her heart long before she understood it
    • What Jesus teaches about prayer in Matthew 6
    • Why God is interested in your heart—not your vocabulary
    • The freedom that comes when prayer becomes a relationship instead of a performance

    As Tiffany shares:

"Don't wait until you think you've learned enough to pray. Prayer isn't a graduation gift for people who know the whole Bible. It's how we get to know the One who wrote it."

Whether you're brand new to faith or you've been walking with Jesus for years, this episode is a gentle reminder that God isn't asking for perfect prayers.

He's simply inviting you to start the conversation.

  • Fighting Discouragement with Faith: Holding On When You Feel Like Letting Go | Ep 34
    Sep 10 2026

Discouragement has a way of whispering that nothing is changing, nothing is working, and maybe it's time to give up.

In this heartfelt conversation, Tiffany Windsor and Heather Brigstock share honest stories about walking through seasons of discouragement and discovering that God is often doing His deepest work when we can least see it. From the unforgettable story of restoring South Water Manor while battling literal "dead squirrels in the ceiling" to the biblical example of David encouraging himself in the Lord, this episode offers hope for anyone who feels weary, overwhelmed, or ready to quit.

Together, Tiffany and Heather explore why discouragement can become one of our greatest spiritual battles—and how turning to God's presence, His Word, and prayer can renew our strength even in the darkest valleys.

    In this episode you'll discover:

    • Why discouragement is often a greater enemy than the circumstances themselves
    • The inspiring story of how God met Heather and Jeff during one of South Water Manor's hardest seasons
    • What it means to "encourage yourself in the Lord" when no one else can
    • Why God's faithfulness is often revealed one faithful step at a time
    • Practical encouragement for moving through disappointment without getting stuck there
    • A Circle Sister Prayer for anyone needing renewed hope today

    As Heather reminds us:

"When resources fail, people fail, and your vision feels weak, go back to the One who never fails."

If you've been carrying discouragement, questioning God's timing, or wondering whether to keep going, this conversation is a gentle reminder that discouragement may visit—but it doesn't get to write the ending of your story.

  • Seedlings: Learning to See God's Hand | Ep 33
    Sep 3 2026

Recognizing His Faithfulness in the Ordinary Moments

Have you ever had someone say something that stayed with you long after the conversation ended?

In this encouraging Seedlings episode, Tiffany Windsor shares a simple drive home after recording an In His Circle conversation with Heather Brigstock that became an unexpected lesson in recognizing God's quiet guidance. One sentence kept echoing in her heart:

"You can choose to see the hand of God... or choose not to see the hand of God."

That single thought led Tiffany to look back over the past few years—from moving across the country to Tennessee to finding a church family, joining a Bible study, and discovering the unexpected home for Season Two of In His Circle at South Water Manor. What once seemed like ordinary moments suddenly revealed themselves as evidence of God's faithful direction.

Sometimes we expect God to work through dramatic miracles. More often, He works through conversations, friendships, closed doors, unexpected opportunities, and gentle whispers that only make sense when we look back.

    In this episode you'll discover:

    • How learning to recognize God's hand changes the way you see your story
    • Why remembering God's faithfulness is a powerful spiritual discipline
    • The surprising connection between four-leaf clovers and recognizing God's fingerprints
    • How Proverbs 3 encourages us to trust God's direction even when we don't understand it
    • Why the ordinary moments of today may become tomorrow's testimony
    • A Circle Sister Prayer for trusting God's quiet leading

    As Tiffany shares:

"We're busy living life while God is busy weaving it together."

If you've been wondering where God is in your current season, this episode is a gentle invitation to pause, look back, and discover that He has been faithfully leading you all along.

  • When Life Feels Out of Control: Finding Peace Beyond Your Own Understanding | Ep 32
    Aug 27 2026

When Life Feels Out of Control

Finding Peace Beyond Your Own Understanding

What do you do when it feels like the wheels are coming off and more than one area of your life seems to be unraveling at the same time?

In this episode of In His Circle Community Conversations, Tiffany Windsor and Heather Brigstock talk about those seasons when life feels completely out of control and share some surprisingly practical ways to begin finding your footing again. Heather offers a simple place to start: control what you can, and trust God with what you can't.

Sometimes that means returning to the basics: spending time in God's Word, praying, eating well, drinking enough water, getting some sunshine and exercise, creating structure in your day, and being intentional about the people and messages you allow into your life. Small choices may not solve the bigger problem overnight, but they can help restore a sense of order when everything around you feels chaotic.

Tiffany also shares a recent experience of recognizing when someone she cared about was struggling. Instead of immediately trying to fix the situation, she simply asked him to talk. That conversation uncovered something much deeper and opened the door to creating practical next steps and spiritual support.

And perhaps the most important reminder of all: when life feels out of control, go first to the One who holds the world in His hands. When we turn our attention back to God, seek Him in prayer, spend time in His Word, and take the practical steps that are ours to take, we can trust Him with what is beyond our control.

If you're in a season of transition, feeling overwhelmed, or watching someone you love struggle to find their footing, this conversation is for you.

Sometimes peace doesn't begin when everything around us finally settles down. Sometimes it begins when we turn our eyes back to God in the middle of the chaos.
