Doing this can make us slow rather than helping us to be nimble, able to flex and, move forward to achieve vision and mission. So together they explore how vital it is that all process and regulation keeps the main thing.
The main thing the preciousness of every person and their thriving and being willing to buck the system. When this has been forgotten, this feels like a timely conversation, rediscovering our sacred belonging to one another.
