Three lifetimes surfaced in one past life regression session, each carrying a familiar tension between personal desire and what others expected.

In this episode of Past Lives Cafe, Desert Star welcomes artist and regression client River Root to reflect on the three distinct lives she experienced during a one-hour session. River describes a grieving woman on an isolated farm, a young woman drawn toward education rather than an expected marriage, and a man supporting his family while working in a smoky industrial city.

Their conversation explores the emotional details of past life memories: loneliness, affection, responsibility, and the longing to choose a different path. River shares how experiencing life as a man changed her perspective on gender expectations, and why the apparent overlap between two lifetimes challenged her understanding of reincarnation and linear time.

They also discuss déjà vu, River’s surprising sense of familiarity while navigating Los Angeles, and an astrocartography reading she found personally meaningful. A recurring preference for staying outdoors during the regression raises another question: what might her connection to the land reveal about the experiences she described?

For listeners wondering what past life regression feels like, River offers a candid account of her initial uncertainty, the imagery that emerged, and the emotions she recognized. This is a thoughtful conversation about interpreting spiritual experiences and noticing patterns that resonate with the life you are living now.

Host Desert Star welcomes Jamie Marie Wey to Past Lives Cafe, introducing her background in human development, certified coaching, and 16+ years in numerology and transformational coaching focused on inner empowerment.

Jamie shares her spiritual journey—from early intuition and questioning Catholic teachings to astrology, coaching, and discovering numerology through a workbook and an intensive class—explaining how she reads numbers as energetic signatures and uses them to help clients understand strengths, challenges, compatibility, and life lessons. They discuss “two” energy (collaboration, empathy, balance, and self-sacrifice), the prevalence of “five” change energy, and Jamie’s belief in past lives alongside a sense of galactic connection. The conversation explores karmic debt in numerology, reframing it as growth rather than punishment, and reviews karmic debt numbers 13/4 (focus and responsibility), 14/5 (moderation and unpredictability), 16/7 (trust and transformational upheaval), and 19/1 (power, independence, and reclaiming agency), plus how numerology informs her coaching and navigating collective energy.

In this episode of Past Lives Cafe, Desert Star welcomes longtime friend Chad Thomas to explore an unusual question: Can past life regression work if you have aphantasia and cannot visualize images in your mind? Chad describes how his experience unfolded not through vivid mental pictures, but through knowing, sensation, intuition, and information that seemed to arrive fully formed. During the regression, he connects with a life as a solitary clockmaker in Germany’s Black Forest, carrying grief and survivor guilt after losing his family in an explosion.

Chad and Desert Star also explore his German ancestry, experiences with spiritual channeling, paranormal investigation, higher-self communication, meditation, healing, and his struggle to trust intuitive information that feels like imagination. The conversation offers a fascinating look at past life regression beyond visualization and asks whether spiritual memory may come through many different senses—not only through what we can mentally “see.”
