back again with my second ever video episode, teehee!

earlier last month I read a piece I wrote back in April of 2025 and, to my surprise, I could no longer relate to the feelings past Mila was grappling with. that took me down a beautiful journey of realising not only how different my life has turned out, but also how my relationship to myself and sense of self trust has changed and blossomed as well!

as always, I had so much fun recording and can only hope you find this episode inspiring and are able to take something positive away from my story <3

hiii, happy new year!!! <3

this ep was recorded in early December and is very much stream of consciousness, which means I open many tabs as I go, but I promise everything gets tied together with a pretty bow in the end! it was past midnight when I recorded it as well, so my energy is a bit all over the place... calmer than my usual self at times, sleepy voice here and there, but nothing that takes away from the insights and ideas I pulled together here. hope you like it!!!

kinda wished I had published this sooner, but while editing I realised it is a good beginning of the year ep on gratitude, feeling lucky and the power we have to devote our attention to that which fills us with life!
