Have you missed us?! We have MISSED you all. And now that our seasonal 3 month holiday black out is over, we have decided it’s time to sit around the table, crack some beers, and just kind of talk about life, liberty, true crime… and beer.
On this weeks’ episode, we work on a flight from Parish Brewery exploring an increasing ABV of their hazy and hoppy IPAs: Bloom, Murphy, and Holy Ghost. Each of these brews (all with hazy IPA foundations) is wildly different. Base undertones across the board with Citra hops, each goes in divergent directions when adding unique spins to each IPA.
