This week on Par'Eh'Normal, we're tempting fate by talking all about superstitions! From black cats and broken mirrors to walking under ladders and refusing to say "it's quiet tonight" during an investigation, we're exploring the strange beliefs that have convinced humanity that everyday activities are secretly trying to ruin our lives. Are superstitions ancient wisdom passed down through generations, or are they just humanity's longest-running game of "better not risk it"?

Join us as we uncover the bizarre origins of these beliefs, confess the superstitions we secretly follow, and almost certainly anger the universe by discussing all of them in a single episode. If our microphones suddenly stop working halfway through, you'll know why.

In this episode, we're heading behind the fences of Camp 30, one of Canada's most fascinating and mysterious historic sites. Originally built as a School for Boys, it became known for housing German prisoners of war during World War II. Camp 30 somehow managed to combine military security, escape attempts, international intrigue, and enough ghost stories to keep paranormal investigators awake at night.

Join us as we explore the camp's incredible history, its famous prisoners, and the lingering reports of unexplained activity. Because apparently spending years trying to keep people in Camp 30 wasn't enough—some of them may still be hanging around. Whether you're here for the history, the hauntings, or the fact that someone once thought escaping into rural Ontario was a solid plan, this episode has you covered.

Ever wondered how a paranormal investigation actually works? Is it all dramatic whispers, running down hallways, and yelling "Did you hear that?!" into the darkness? Well, sometimes. This week, we're pulling back the curtain on what really happens during an investigation—from historical research and equipment setup to spending six hours in complete darkness talking to empty rooms and getting excited when a flashlight flickers. We'll explain the methods, the myths, the gadgets, and why ghost hunting is often 10% paranormal investigation, 20% history lesson, and 70% wondering who just made that weird noise.

Whether you're a skeptic, a believer, or just someone who enjoys watching adults have conversations with walls, this episode is for you.
