Maybe resilience isn’t about becoming unbreakable.

Maybe it’s about becoming honest about what you can hold…and trusting that it’s enough.

What a year it has been! The analogy of a paper cup to create and even define a conversation around resilience was a concept not lost on me.

The analogy reframes strength away from:

• Loud confidence
• Obvious durability
• Permanent form

…and toward:

• Capacity
• Function under stress
• Grace in impermanence

That’s not a weakness. That’s quite strength.

As the year draws to a close, I thank you, my faithful listener. for being on this journey together, and I look propel forward with a greater sense of purpose, direction, hope and pure desire to chase all my dreams ....because I can.
