Progressive Christianity has twisted Scripture and who God is to the point they aren't  following Christ. 
The heretical beliefs, half truths, and poor exegesis is a growing problem in todays church. "Prog C" has traded the truth for a lie as they yield strongholds to evil such as the Prochoice movement, Homosexuality, Sex outside of marriage, Lgbtq+, and much much more.
As a generation we must stay true to the Word of God, fight for righteousness, justice, and true unadulterated agapé love- the love of God towards man. 
In this episode we look at why the Bible can be trusted and dive into a video from Progressive Brenda Davies.
My hope is to equip you to recognize unbiblical ideology, to get into your Bible and stand firm in the hope that is within you.

Having at one time been deceived by the worldly nature of Progressive Christianity,
I understand how confusing and captivating these beliefs can be.
Without the foundation of Scripture we are prone to lean on our own understanding rather than God's. 
In following Christ we must stay true to the foundation on which Jesus Himself referred to and contend for the faith. We follow God because He knows what is best for us, even when we don't understand or agree but then that's why He is God and not us.
Three areas in which we need to contend against Prog C
1. Define- To know what it is that satan himself is using to pull the hearts of men to his bidding and poke holes in the lies exposing them to light. 
2. Recognize- Learn ways of detecting sly advancements within churches and people who would rather stand in objective oblivion.
3. Defend- We need leaders, people of boldness to stand firm in faith and not yield to what is easy nor backdown on orthodox dogma based on the Bible.

I’m calling you out, because God has called me out!
Brothers and sisters, we can no longer live as if there is nothing going on around us, we can no longer choose to ignore what God is calling us too!
I say these things today because for too long I lived in silence saying  “I don’t want to chase people away” and yet there is truth in the Word of God which is light in the darkness and clarity in confusion. 
Do you actually follow what God calls you too or like so many, are you complicit with evil?

This overview of how Christ rebuilt me and changed my heart includes some tough topics that I went through and did. 
I can stand and speak about the lowest moments of my life because God has freed me from that place and in order to show what He has done I speak openly about how once I was blind but now I see… as the song goes. 
II Corinthians talks about how God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness so I share these things to further point to His work in me, for His glory and my sanctification.

Many of us have grown up in church hearing "christian-ease", do's and don'ts, and how to live a God honoring life but how many of us actually live it out? 
How many have left church and religion completely? 
This episode I share some things I have dealt with personally and explore concepts many brother and sisters in Christ have gone through.

Maybe there is something we've missed because we have grown up so close to the issue at hand!
