In this episode of Ordinary Humans, Extraordinary Souls, Sonraya Grace sits down with sex and intimacy coach Kalindi Jordan to explore the multi-layered art of boundaries. From discerning your inner yes and no to creating safety in your body and relationships, this conversation weaves together mind, emotions and embodiment to support you in standing in your sovereign power.

In this episode:

• What “boundary” really means and why they shift with circumstance

• Safety as presence of connection rather than absence of threat

• Cultivating inner safety through mindful tending of thoughts, emotions and sensations

• How to discern your yes/no mechanism—mind logic vs. body-felt cues

• Recognising survival patterns (fight, flight, freeze, fawn) in intimate spaces

• Deepening trust in yourself and your instincts

• Rooting into the womb/pelvis as the “trunk of your tree” for embodied resilience

• Practical tools: breath and sensory practices, internal massage wands, jade/crystal Yoni eggs

• Setting and holding consent-based boundaries in sexual and everyday relationships
