    wow! We are here! Almost Christmas again. It's been an odd year for sure. Right? I think that is going to be for next episode. 2022 was wild! Something tells me more is coming! Soo.. We need Reiki! Reiki is our biggest gift from the universe. What is Reiki? Listen up! Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that uses light touch to channel energy from one to another person. It is worldly used and not known as much, Reiki lives all around us and through us. Super Cool! Main benefits? - It promotes HEALING!!! like molecular healing and overall vitality. It has been documented to relieve symptoms of disease, depression, anxiety, and other physical, emotional and psychological symptoms. It is gentle on all levels, body mind and soul. I absolutely love it and encourage you learn more about it. I believe in the long run we will come to more use of Reiki and I am excited to be your Reiki Practitioner.
