Lauren Allen is the host of one of the most popular comedy open mics in Austin, The Suicide Mic. The Suicide Mic has featured many KillTony and Comedy Mothership comedians dropping by as well new comics working on material. Lauren speaks about Matt Rife, how turning life's negatives into positives creates her honest approach to comedy and the true importance of the band Nickelback.

It was an absolute treat to sit with Lauren and listen to her entertaining stories about traveling from New York to Austin and the correct pronunciation of the word "Adirondack".
