A discussion on the experience of living an impassioned life, and ideas on how to restore ourselves efficiently.
We experience the world around us based on our interpretation of the sensory stimuli that is funnelled through our physical form. When we are not able to release impacted energy from a disruptive circumstance, we can continue to respond to our surroundings in constrictive ways, due to past programming. In this episode, I discuss the profound capability of shifting our energetic system through physical actions called kundalini kriyas. These kriyas can open the energy channels of our system to freely experience the vast expanse of our True Nature, and deliver us to the associated impassioned life - one of purpose, fulfillment, and the 'you that is really you'.
