Whether your C-section was planned, unexpected, or somewhere in between, you're in the right place.

We're keeping it real about everything C-sections—sharing our stories, comparing our experiences, laughing through the chaos, and talking honestly about the parts no one warned us about. No two births are the same, and that's exactly what makes these conversations so important.

From what to pack before surgery and what we wish we had known, to recovery tips, postpartum essentials, scar care, and the emotional side of healing, we're covering it all. We'll share what worked for us, what we'd recommend, and the lessons we learned along the way.

If you've had a C-section, are preparing for one, or just want to hear honest, relatable birth stories, grab a coffee and join the conversation. You're not alone, and every scar has a story.

This episode is different from our usual ones. We recorded this emergency podcast because we felt it was an important story to share.

Recently, Zach and Sierra experienced a terrifying emergency with their baby—one of those moments no parent ever wants to face. In the middle of the night, the Owlet alert went off, and it ended up being the warning that may have saved a life.

We’re sharing exactly what happened, how quickly things unfolded, and why this moment compelled us to speak up. Our goal isn’t to scare anyone, but to share our experience in case it helps another family recognize a warning sign, trust their instincts, or take action when it matters most.

If telling this story helps even one person, then sharing it is worth it.

Guess who’s back?! After a little hiatus (okay, maybe more than a little), we’ve got some MAJOR life updates — starting with the big one… Zach and Sierra welcomed their baby!

In Part 1 of the birth story, we’re taking you behind the scenes of delivery day, the surprises we didn’t see coming, and the story behind the baby’s name. But here’s the real question… did we choose the name, or did the nurse or doctor make the final call?

Hit play and find out!

In this episode, Lexi does a little (okay, a lot) of rage baiting, Bear steps into his unofficial role as financial advisor with some actually helpful tips on saving for the future, and we get into the pros and cons of homeschooling vs. traditional schooling. Sierra and Zach also share the story of almost buying a house next to the Sausage Castle (yes, really). Oh — and casually at the end — Zach and Sierra are having a baby!

Raising kids today feels like parenting on hard mode. Between AI, social media, and endless opinions, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why Sam, Zach, and Bear are diving deep into the real stuff — from raw birth stories to hot takes like “Should kids really be in combat sports?” No filters, no fluff — just honest conversations about raising humans in a world that’s rapidly changing.

Welcome back, friends — we missed you so much! After a much-needed summer break (because sometimes life demands a little pause), we're finally back behind the mics. Each of us had some big life things going on, and we also took on a major studio renovation — tune into the next episode for the full reveal!

With this little reset, we figured it was the perfect time to kick off a brand new season. We're easing into things with biweekly episodes for now, just while life settles a bit (you’ll hear more about that in the coming episodes). We're feeling refreshed, re-inspired, and so excited for everything this new season will bring.

Thanks for sticking with us — it feels so good to be back. Let’s dive in.
