Navigating the different work dynamics can be challenging, but sometimes you've just got to smile and do your best to hold in your negative emotions. Jorge is quite good at all of this, while Trent is...not so much.

It's time to talk TURKEY!!! Jorge and Trent get into the holiday spirit and discuss Thanksgiving, the season, a little Christmas, retirement job planning, a funny kid, and Trent's two settings. Plus, the first "things we're working on being thankful for" segment.

A fun one, that children shouldn't partake in due to certain jolly fat man content.

Learning to play guitar, the origin of Trent's ska band in the 90s, and the staying power of Frank Sinatra kick things off. Jorge shares thoughts on turning 40 while Trent explains his changed stance on celebrating milestones. Then comes the regret...or at least a discussion on what regret means and how to avoid it.

Sometimes it leads to thoughts on jobs, leadership, mentoring and dietary and exercise choices of middle-aged persons. This time it was both.
