Scripture is rarely chronological, but it is always purposeful.
And so is healing.
In this episode of the Nineveh Ninety-Nine Ministries Podcast, we pause the planned sequence to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and address a deeper question beneath sin, shame, and struggle:
What are the wounds we carry, and how does Jesus heal them?
Many people live faithful lives on the outside while carrying unspoken pain on the inside: father wounds, rejection, betrayal, anger, passivity, isolation, loneliness, and hidden grief. These wounds often shape our behaviors, distort our identity, and keep us bound long after the moment of pain has passed.
This episode is not about surface-level behavior modification. It is about allowing the living Word of God to reach beneath the surface, to divide truth from lies, pain from identity, and wounds from who God says we are.
Through Scripture, pastoral reflection, and prayer, we explore how Jesus meets us in our deepest places of hurt, not with condemnation, but with compassion, truth, and healing.
If you are weary, wounded, or quietly carrying pain no one else sees, this episode is an invitation to come home, and to let the Father bind up what has been broken.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
- Psalm 147:3
