We're wrapping up another season of Nightclubs to Nightfeeds with one last mom-life catch-up! Would you travel internationally SOLO with your four-year-old? Because Kristine did! In our season finale, she's sharing the highs, lows, and everything in between from her family's three-week European adventure through Scotland, England, and France. From scrambling to get a last-minute passport and navigating trains with a stroller and luggage to crying in the London Underground, she's got stories AND tips for any mama brave enough to take on solo international travel with little ones.

Meanwhile, Nicole shares her latest journey to figure out Saint’s sleep struggles, leading to some unexpected discoveries about his breathing and airway health. We're talking sleep consultants, specialists, and trusting your mom gut when something just doesn't feel right. As we close out another season of motherhood, we're reminded that no matter how much our kids grow, we're still figuring it all out right alongside them. Thanks for growing, laughing, and navigating this wild ride with us. Until next season, mamas! 💕

  • LIVE: From the Hospital post C-section with Krystal
    Oct 1 2026

Baby #2 is HERE — and we’re checking in with Krystal live from her hospital bed just 48 hours after giving birth! Krystal had planned to have another vaginal birth but at 38 weeks the baby had other plans. What was supposed to be a scheduled C-section quickly changed when her water broke days early, sending her to the hospital in the middle of the night to meet her breech baby boy.

Krystal gives us the real-time update on her first 48 hours as a mom of two: recovering from a C-section versus her previous vaginal birth, surviving that first night of cluster feeding, supplementing with formula while waiting for her milk to come in, and why this postpartum experience already feels completely different. We also get into the stigma around C-sections, trusting your gut when birth doesn’t go according to plan, and the unexpected confidence — and mom guilt — that comes with doing the newborn stage for a second time.

    0:18–3:25 — Baby #2 is HERE! Breech baby + deciding on a C-section

    3:25–7:30 — Krystal’s water breaks early

7:31–12:22 — The first 48 hours: newborn life, cluster feeding + supplementing with formula

    12:23–18:00 — C-section recovery vs. vaginal birth

    18:01–21:35 — C-section stigma + trusting your birth decisions

    21:36–25:18 — Being a second-time mom, hospital care + breastfeeding/formula decisions

25:19–28:27 — The confidence of baby #2 + unexpected mom guilt
