This NSDR 15 minutes session is a guided Yoga Nidra practice to help you reconnect with your inner confidence and self-worth.

You’ll be gently guided through a body scan meditation, followed by visualizations designed to strengthen your connection to inner strength, clarity, and trust in yourself.
