The myth is that the more we talk about our spiritual growth, healing, breakthroughs, and realizations—especially on social media—the more we are actually integrating them. But sometimes, the more we speak about it, the less we embody it. Sharing an insight can give us the feeling that something has already been completed when, in reality, the deeper work has barely begun. True transformation doesn’t require an audience, validation, or an announcement; it needs time to move from awareness into our choices, relationships, boundaries, reactions, and way of being. Some wisdom needs to be protected before it is broadcast, lived before it is taught, and practiced before it is proclaimed. Spiritual growth isn’t measured by how beautifully we can articulate what we’ve learned, but by who we become because of it. Embodiment doesn’t need an announcement.
