in today's podcast I give a bit of an update on happenings since my June post and start to ponder the concept of Consciousness as it weaves it's way through all the focus areas of my career; Reiki, Health Coaching, Mental Health Therapy and Ayurvedic Medicine. I describe something I call "the stop", for many people "the stop" is an external event (usually involving some sort of fear and/or pain which sucks) that brings the train that we call our life to a halt. This usually happens to help us become more Conscious. My goal is to help you to avoid the external "stop" and to perhaps create your own internal "stop" which can be much less painful, both physically and mentally. I provide a few things that you can do to reach that goal and identify 2 danger zones that can keep us on that train, moving a hundred miles an hour straight for the external "stop"
