"Straight from the heart" series is all about an amalgamation of my feelings regarding what life bounces at us and what we can do to make it better. It is also a reflection of what serves us and what doesn't. Through this series, I hope to bring calmness and inner awareness in you. I am not a healer, nor am I a coach. I am just a regular person trying to move towards the light of love and peace. So if this resonates with you, join me in my journey as i share a range of experiences -'Straight from the heart'.

About me: Having experienced the world of Public Relations and Advertising for 9+ years, I wanted to explore my passion of self-expression - be it by writing and singing songs, authoring stories for kids, creating a journal etc. The "Straight from the Heart" podcast is based on my intuitive knowledge to gain insights into what heart-felt emotions can do to empower and improve yourself.Copyright MADHURA Successo personale Sviluppo personale

It's human nature to keep crossing milestones into the future. That is how mankind will evolve with the consciousness gifted to us by the Universe. But little do we know that what we sow, our future generations and other life forms will reap. And that includes the stuff we ignore today. The stuff that made Earth a magical place for life. The place that gave us life. If we don't respect it now, few resources will be available for us to enjoy. Think about it. Action comes later.

We all have emotional trauma in one form or the other that manifests itself in many ways. What we do not realise is that we are making it stronger by giving away our power to them. For 45 years of my life, it was like a thorn that won't budge, until I understood it's real reason of existing. My emotional wounds were reminding me to do something - tackle it and find a solution from within myself. And I did. What I am about to tell you has been applied by me in my own life and whoaa - was that powerful! I am not healer or coach but I do believe that one's experiences count in this chaotic life and if I can help someone with their emotional wounds, it would be a blessing in disguise. So here is something personal, that may inspire you to heal your emotional wounds. My best wishes are with you 🙏❤️
