Today, my great friend Washington interviewed me to explore the story how I got into spirituality, Spiritual Science and Vibrational Science. In the first half of the video, I talk about the different ways we can heal. I discussed the importance of self-knowledge, Gnosis and then took Washington through the process of self-inquiry with the question 'what is aware of your experience?' and by going to the experience of being aware of being aware', we experienced our true nature as infinite awareness whose nature is peace. We then explored the tantric approach of going towards difficult emotions as a method of healing.
