Brian, who is currently part of the development team for Corporate Partnerships at DC Scores, a local sports-focused organization, shared a story that went far beyond just landing his first job in sports to simply overcoming challenges that many of us would have just folded our tents and tried to get by. After facing a mountain of personal issues, most of them not his doing, Brian was able to turn his life around. He grew up in the foster system and realized early on that sports could provide him with the opportunity to make his life meaningful and fulfilling. Brian has shown incredible courage and serves as an inspiring example of what someone can achieve when they put their mind to it and understand that the answer to success is never giving up on your dreams.
