I talk about why the Gospel of John has always been my favorite book in Scripture and how John’s closeness with Jesus gives his writing a depth no other Gospel carries, and how the day I got saved, my Bible opened straight to John chapter 1. Those first five verses became my anchor, my light in every storm. This sermon walks through that moment, that book, and the Savior who met me in it.
