Cindy James' body was found strangled and drugged on June 8th 1989, near an abandoned house in Vancouver BC.

Prior to her death, Cindy contacted the police close to 100 times over 7 years complaining about being stalked, harassed and even assaulted. Despite this the police concluded that Cindy had caused her own death.
