    Post Montana trip vibes...

Honestly, I didn’t record anything while I was there....

I was just present with my friends, the outdoors, and myself.

In this episode, I’m sitting with the trip, the moments that felt easy, the ones that didn’t, and describe how my alignment actually feels like without trying to force it.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.

  • EP16: A Day Late & Full of Airport Thoughts | Travel Day Experience
    Apr 10 2026

Travel days are a mix of chaos patience and the weirdest thoughts needed to be shared!

In todays episode I am a day late but it was a travel day lol. I am sharing my airport thoughts from TSA lines and flying nerves to seat situations turbulence and all the little observations that come with travel days.

Basically everything my brain decides to overthink while trying to get from point A to point B without losing my carry on or my patience.

It is a mix of brain dump and silly inner workings that show up when I am just trying to get somewhere. It is funny and still somehow always worth it in the end.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.

  • EP15: When Fear Meets Your Future Self
    Mar 27 2026

You know those moments where you’re like, “yeah… future me can deal with that”? Yeah… this is about that. I’m sharing how avoiding small but uncomfortable things has been catching up to me lately, and what it’s been like actually facing them. From phone calls I didn’t want to make, to situations I let drag out longer than they should have.....this is me really seeing the pattern for what it is.

This isn’t a “I fixed everything” episode......it’s me in the middle of it, learning how to show up for myself a little better. Giving myself grace, but also being honest about what it costs to keep avoiding things and sitting in that discomfort.

And maybe just starting to make choices that future me will actually feel supported by.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.

  • EP14: Grieving the Relationship That Never Happened | Six Months of Mostly Aligned
    Mar 12 2026

Six months into Mostly Aligned, I didn’t expect to be recording an episode like this.

After the sudden passing of my grandmother, I found myself on a flight to Peru for her funeral — representing my father and meeting family I had never really known.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on a kind of grief we don’t always talk about: grieving the relationship that never had the chance to exist.

What started as a difficult trip became something deeper — moments of family, forgiveness, and quietly reconnecting with where my roots come from.

And one practical lesson from the trip: if you’re visiting Peru in the summertime… bring antihistamines. The mosquitoes are not playing

So if you’re here, grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and let’s begin.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.

  • EP13: Around the Herbs: Plant Medicine, Alignment & Healing Q&A
    Feb 26 2026

What does alignment actually feel like? Is healing ever really done?

In this after-hours episode of Mostly Aligned, I’m sitting down at the herb shop with my friends and coworkers for a cozy, unfiltered Q&A about herbalism, holistic healing, plant medicine, and intuition.

We talk about how we each found our way into herbalism, what alignment means in real life, trusting intuition versus logic, and how working with plants has shaped our healing journeys. We also reflect on rest, community, and collaboration.

If you’re exploring holistic healing, building a relationship with plant medicine, or learning to trust your intuition, this conversation is for you.

So grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and lets begin

  • EP12: Finding My Voice | Speaking from Love as a Latina American Woman
    Feb 12 2026

In this episode, I share my personal experiences as a Latina American woman navigating fear, culture, and identity in today’s U.S. climate. I talk about reconnecting with my heritage, reflecting on what it means to honor my roots, and finding the courage to speak up — even when it feels risky.

We dive into the idea of speaking from love versus responding from fear or anger, inspired by moments like Bad Bunny’s Grammy speech and Super Bowl performance. I also share the small rituals that help me stay grounded: journaling, connecting with family, and leaning into my spiritual practices.

This episode is for anyone exploring cultural identity, self-expression, personal growth, and mindful action. I invite you to reflect on what “speaking from love” could look like in your own life and how small, intentional actions can create alignment, courage, and power in everyday moments.

Whether you’re navigating identity, facing fear, or learning to stay aligned in a loud world, this episode offers guidance, reflection, and encouragement to embrace your voice with intention and humanity.

So grab your favorite bevy, settle in, and lets begin

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.

  • EP11:Choosing Momentum over Perfection | Welcome to Season 2!
    Jan 29 2026

Season two of Mostly Aligned starts here — and this chapter is about action.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the shift from season one’s deep introspection into something more embodied and lived. From full, love-filled holidays to getting sick alone, healing my body, and finding clarity in the least aesthetic moments, this episode is about choosing quiet momentum over perfection.

This season isn’t about loud resets or “hot girl” transformations. It’s about wiping down the sink when you’re exhausted, leaving your phone at home on a dog walk, feeding yourself something decent, and showing up even when life feels unfinished.

I share what turning 35 is teaching me — not as goals or resolutions, but as values I’m actually living by. Trusting my body. Respecting my capacity. Letting go of what falls away without over-explaining it. And choosing to participate in my life instead of waiting to feel ready.

If you’re in that in-between space — where the old way doesn’t fit anymore, but the new way hasn’t fully landed — this episode is for you. This isn’t failure. It’s transition.

Welcome to season two. We’re still gentle — just more grounded.

Thanks for hanging out with me on Mostly Aligned.
