A proposito di questo titolo

In this podcast, we will review what's going on in Real Estate and the new Ruling from the National Association of Realtors that will take effect starting September 30, 2025. Thousands of Realtors are loving this; I am a Real Estate Broker who finds myself wondering why we are going backwards and see it as a huge mistake that is not advantageous to buyers or sellers. Wait for the day a Realtor slides that piece of paper across the table asking the seller to allow their Realtor to "hold off" on marketing their property for a certain time. Not a fan of this one!!!

  • NEW RULES from Nat'l Assoc. of Realtors. BUYERS & SELLERS LOSE AGAIN !
    Mar 31 2025

There are new rules coming into effect in the Real Estate world starting September 30, 2025.

The rules will effect all Realtors as well as the buyers and sellers. The new ruling will be a game changer for Realtors, being able to keep their listings "in house" for a certain period of time.

It feels like the real estate industry is taking 10 steps back and putting another black cloud on the entire profession.

Do you think this is a good idea?
