Happy Moon Day, sacred ones… Join me in the moment, on this “Monday/Moon-Day” - a day I’ve set apart as my self-care day. In this episode I reflect on times earlier on in my spiritual journey, I ease into the moment and find the beauty of listening to the birds, and other animals outside, feeling the feel of a book in my hands, and more - today, I encourage you to find ways to bring your desired feelings INTO your day, regardless whether it’s the beginning of a work week, or not - it CAN be a day of bliss, orgasmic joy, and/or whatever feeling (or feelings) you desire to bring in, and settle into - let’s find a higher perspective and enjoy the day from a sacred, sensual place.
