• EP.36 Breaking Free from Emotional Codependency With Your Parents
    Jan 12 2025

In this episode, we will talk about emotional codependency. How does this show up in your relationships? Do you think you were too over-responsible growing up as a child? Did you feel uncomfortable asking for your own needs? Did you get guilted for being disrespectful when you did not do what your parents wanted? Were you dismissed when you told your parents to stop doing something that hurt your feelings?

Emotional codependency often stems from childhood experiences where boundaries between the parent and child were blurred. Children who felt responsible for their parents' emotional states may grow into adults who struggle to differentiate their own needs from those of their parents. This can manifest as excessive caretaking, guilt over pursuing personal goals, or difficulty making decisions without parental approval.

  • Ep. 29 A Guide to Sexual Polarities - Masculine Fundamentals to Keep Passion Alive in Relationships
    Aug 23 2023

In this episode, we are going to take a deeper dive into understanding the divine masculine and how to maintain sexual polarity. You may think that this episode is dedicated to men only but it also helps to know that the divine masculine and divine feminine work in tandem, in constant flux. When they're balanced, both within us and within the world, we're all much better off.

These energies can either complement each other or it can cause clashes in a relationship. When they clash, it’s usually because one person’s masculine energy overpowers the other person’s feminine energy. Divine Masculine has been suppressed for thousands of years by religions that have taught us to suppress our emotions, feelings, and intuition (all aspects of the feminine). This repression has created an imbalance between masculine and feminine energies in society as well as within ourselves.

For a relationship to truly work, it needs both love and passion. Sexual Polarity is the key to unlocking that passion.
