A proposito di questo titolo

And if they lose, they will be lost to the history books without even being mentioned. The question then is how to athletes deal with the mental trauma of losing? How do they deal with the intense scrutiny and criticism? How do they deal with the tricky topic of mental health? Every week, we get athletes, coaches and sports psychologists talking about what goes inside the mind of a high-performance athlete.
