After he and his family went through a series of personal trials and ill health, Patrick decided to step down from his previous role as CEO at XLP to create Kintsugi Hope, a charity which aims to create safe and supportive spaces for those suffering from emotional and mental health challenges. He recently started a business called Brighter Days Life and is an honorary fellow of the London South Bank University for his contribution to justice and wellbeing.
