    In this episode Ash explores one of the biggest myths or misconceptions in meditation. This is the idea that you must remain perfectly still the entire time.

    In this episode I cover:

    • The common misconception
    • Where the “sit perfectly still” myth came from
    • Practises that life affirming
    • Why you’re not bound to the first position you choose
    • How pain contracts body-mind-energy
    • How mindful movements/adjustments create expansion
    • The difference between fidgeting and intentional, mindful movement

    • Movement that doesn’t compromise the integrity of presence

    • How comfort in the body supports deeper awareness

    • Stillness as a tool for discernment, not a trap

    • Simple ways to free yourself from feeling stuck
