I wanted to touch on the stereotype of meditation needing to be this clear minded, completely silent, long drawn out event. Meditation can take place in many forms, at many times in your day. I know many people who are afraid of meditation because they feel like they are doing it wrong. So I'm here to de-bunk this concept, share my ways that I meditate and inspire you to find ways to tap into your personal power through opening up the subconscious.
