My loves, welcome to a new week and another Meditation Monday on The Kirsty Gallagher Podcast. Each week, I will bring you a short meditation or practice to set you up for the week ahead. You can revisit this meditation as many times as you like.
As the year comes to a close, this meditation offers space to reflect, release, and give thanks. A gentle practice to honour what has been, let go of what you no longer need to carry, and close the year with intention and compassion. ❤️
