    Whether we're conscious of it or not, we all desire to be free. Freedom from self-limiting thoughts and dense emotions creates space for authentic spiritual liberation. The truth is that walking the authentic spiritual path means becoming aware of the subconscious thoughts that hold us back and feeling the uncomfortable emotions that need to come up and out. When we cultivate awareness, we can think, speak and act from our higher selves vs. the fear of our ego attachments. So often I say to my clients and students ~ feel it to heal it and the key is release identification with the thoughts or emotions and surrender into the deconstruction of when needs to be reprogrammed and released ~ FEAR. Freedom exists within the energy of LOVE. To know love fully and intimately, we must be students and healers of our own fear.
