  • Married. Single. Divorced. - Do we own it or hate it?
    Jan 20 2026

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and we’re catching up on life… the good, the chaotic and the emotionally questionable.

This week, Fern’s dreams are haunted by an apologetic Mr. Charismatic, Larissa’s house saga continues - still no roof, still no progress, still no words. And, Charlotte is surviving, not thriving. We wonder if the answer is just to be closing our loops?!

We dive into this week’s big question:

Are we happy being titled Married. Single. Divorced.? Is there a stigma attached to who we are?

💔 Charlotte admits she doesn’t love being single - it’s not where she wants to be, especially with a New Year’s wobble making everything feel 10x heavier.

💍 Larissa is settled in the vanilla energy of Marriage, but confesses her relationship was at its absolute worst around her wedding.

💔‍🩹 Fern’s divorce doesn’t define her - she doesn’t know if there’s a stigma, but the feelings were definitely raw the night she arrived at her parents’ house… in a police car.

Along the way we discover, dance chemistry is a thing, Charlotte ain't a pretty crier, Vogue says boyfriends are embarrassing and Charlotte wouldn't want to be centre of attention at her wedding - well, not for the whole day.

And of course, Good Shit Only:

✨ Surviving and embracing small wins

🍆 Vegan curry with all the aubergine (skinny and fat)

    💘 And… A TUESDAY DATE!!

Another episode of honesty, emotions, perspective shifts and a few giggles along the way.

  • Mr. Charismatic: Part 4
    Jan 13 2026

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and we’re checking in after a week that proves life is still absolutely life-ing.

This week, Fern reseals her bathtub and treats herself to the boujee sealant. Charlotte actively chooses joy and drives all the way to Penrith for salsa, proving self care sometimes involves long car rides. And Larissa’s house STILL has no roof.

Then it’s straight back into Mr. Charismatic: Part 4 — and somehow, yes, it gets worse.

📢 Fern finally tells him to get a grip, but still gives him a chance to meet the girls… not before sewing AirTags into their clothes, obviously.

😶 Charlotte comes face to face with him and is so stunned she physically cannot speak - which honestly says it all. She’s impressed by how all the women find each other and reach out… but ultimately confirms he’s a certified knobhead.

🧐 Larissa clocks why he wanted to take the kids to the park — because running and jumping is free. Enough said.

Somewhere along the way we discover Mr. Charismatic’s dad follows the pod Facebook group — every follower counts, right? LOL.

By the end of it, we land on something important: don’t stay quiet, take your power back, and remember — you are not the problem.

We wrap up with Good Shit Only — featuring karaoke mics, high praise for the pod, and some truly questionable dolphin impressions. You’re welcome.

As always, expect laughs, disbelief, empowerment, and the reminder that sharing your story matters.

  • Mr Charismatic: Part 3
    Jan 6 2026

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and we’re catching up after a Christmas that looked very different for all of us.

This week Charlotte hosts Christmas dinner like a champion and is tucked up in bed by 8pm, Fern’s cat gifts her a mouse and she follows it up with the best 12-hour sleep at her parents’ house. Larissa and the family catch a sickness bug, meaning Christmas is officially cancelled.

Naturally, this leads us straight into Mr. Charismatic: Part 3 — and somehow, it just keeps getting juicier.

📱 Fern digs out her old phone and uncovers the most unhinged messages imaginable — including the time she was told he’d died. Yes. Died. Fern questions just how deep the lies actually go.

🙄 Charlotte is ready to call him out on every ounce of the bullshit — eye rolls in abundance, with a generous side of sass.

🤔 Larissa questions how Fern navigated all of this madness, while still being honest with the girls about their absent and deeply delusional father.

By the end of it, we realise Mr. Charismatic only pops up when there’s a new love interest involved, and somehow still doesn’t grasp the concept of shared custody.

We wrap it up with good shit only - featuring in someone’s Christmas Day, the purchase of a wedding dress, baby’s first shoes, and a school talent show. We're so wholesome!

It’s messy, it’s wild, and it somehow just keeps getting better.

As always, expect laughs, disbelief, and the comforting reminder that truth is stranger than fiction.

  • Are we lost...or just evolving?
    Dec 23 2025

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and life has well and truly thrown everything at us. This week Charlotte celebrated her grandma's birthday, Fern's piercing got infected and Larissa's house has no roof.

Naturally, this leads us straight into the big question of the week: does anyone actually know what they’re doing in life, or are we all just a bit lost?

We realise one of the best things about our friendship is that we don’t have to lie about how we’re feeling.

📣 Charlotte is everyone’s hype woman, but who’s hyping her? With sky-high standards at work, she struggles with stepping back and letting go.

🏋️‍♀️ Fern has finally carved out time for herself, her routine is non-negotiable. Gym life and packed lunches the night before keep her grounded… but is she self-assured or just switched off?

🤯 Larissa joins Charlotte as a chronic over-thinker, constantly doubting herself and absolutely hating the question: “So… what do you do?”

By the end of it, we realise none of us are money-driven (but we’d absolutely love more of it), and while we might all be a bit lost… at least we’re lost together.

It’s honest, comforting, and quietly reassuring — with laughs sprinkled throughout, obviously.

As always, expect real talk, relatable spirals, and a reminder that no one has it all figured out (even if Instagram says otherwise).

  • The friendship blowout... expect tears
    Dec 16 2025

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., this week Fern takes her kids to their first gig, Larissa attempts to bring wholesome family vibes and Charlotte tries to slow down her pace of life. This episode is all about our emotions, feeling a bit lost, and unpacking a big friendship blowout that hit deeper than any of us expected.

💔 Larissa puts it all on the table (tears and all) - questioning friendships, her commitment to the pod, and whether we sometimes share too much.

🤍 Fern shares her side - the heartbreak of loving a friend you never see, caring deeply for those in her circle and developing a sixth sense for when Larissa isn’t okay.

Charlotte owns that her messages maybe didn’t land right - but admits the miscommunication turned out to be the ultimate blessing, it started a conversation and brought us right here.

Ultimately, we realise the blow-up is part of what started the podcast in the first place. We admit that big feelings over message sometimes don't come across well, that we all carry a fear of rejection… but, at least now we all know who Jonathan is.

It’s a big one. It’s raw. And it hits deep.

As always, expect honesty, emotion, a few laughs through the tears, and a reminder that friendships are hard, but worth fighting for.

  • Periods - let's lean in to our cycle and embrace it all
    Dec 9 2025

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and we’re back after surviving Fern’s mysterious sickness bug, an MSD initiation of “pod piercings,” and the absolute fever dream that is our faces being printed on condom wrappers. Naturally, this all leads perfectly into… an episode about periods.

    This week:

🩸 Fern opens the floor to the biggest question of all: what do we actually call our vagina? Is it a front bum? A fluff? A foof? A fairy? A daisy? (Spoiler: every answer sends us hysterical.)

📆 Charlotte takes us on a tour of our cycle and teaches us how to lean in to our menstrual wellbeing - we need to own being hormonal goddesses and embrace that ovulation glow!

🤰 And Larissa explains how she managed to get pregnant without ever figuring out when the hell she was ovulating - and of course it involves poo.

It’s messy, it’s honest, it’s educational in the most unhinged way - basically everything you’ve come to expect from us.

As always, expect belly laughs, too much information, and the comforting reminder that we’re all just doing our best (even if the word “jonny” sends our 'ick' barometer spiralling).

  • Family drama, boundaries and blocking in-laws on WhatsApp.
    Dec 2 2025

It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and this time we’re diving deep into the messy world of ultimatums, family drama, and the boundaries we attempt to keep but rarely do.

    This week:

💍 Charlotte wonders if she could actually "do that” for someone she loves — and honestly, the jury is still very much out.

🤦‍♀️ Fern recounts the story of her first love and how it turned out a bit like Romeo and Juliet but at least in this version no one died.

📵 And Larissa has one of her in-laws blocked on WhatsApp — because sometimes the healthiest boundary is digital silence.

It’s honest, chaotic, painfully relatable, and layered with the kind of oversharing that would make a therapist rub their hands together.

As always, expect big laughs, questionable decisions, and the comforting reminder that setting boundaries is hard (especially when you’d rather block someone instead).

Follow, rate 5⭐️, and share with your besties — because nothing says love like unpacking trauma together.
