What happens after 5 when the king of SharePoint puns is finally off the clock?

For Episode 3 of M365 After 5, Diego Domingos da Silva (@UnsuckM365) and Joy Apple (@joyofsharepoint) hang out with Mark Kashman (@mtkashman) for a conversation full of dad jokes, unexpected stories, and a few things he couldn't quite say during his 20 years at Microsoft.

We talk about Mark's transition from Microsoft to consulting at Sympraxis, what he's learned about himself along the way, why he has no interest in becoming a CEO, and the freedom of finding his own voice outside the corporate world.
